By placing an order in our webshop, you accept the terms and conditions below.

Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in DKK and include applicable taxes and fees.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Such as VISA, Mastercard and JCB.
The payment will only be captured once the order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.

Delivery and Pickup
We deliver only within the Faroe Islands.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

If the customer chooses delivery, the delivery fee will be added to the order total at checkout.

When selecting local pickup, the customer will be notified when the order is ready for collection.

We reserve the right for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

The item must be returned as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Condition of Returned Items
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Refunds
Once we have received and approved the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Complaints (Food Products)
As we sell food products, the standard 2-year right of complaint does not apply.

You have the right to complain if the product is defective at the time of delivery, for example if:

• the product is damaged during transport

• the product is expired upon delivery

• you received the wrong item

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after receiving the order.

Food Safety and Returns
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, food products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened, unless the product is defective.
