Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, partially consumed, or damaged after delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • an incorrect item, or
  • a product with a quality issue,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue,
  • and photos of the product.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged item, Krydd will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
